The objective of the project has been to increase the export of Xilex, for which purpose an internationalization plan has been designed.
The company’s internationalization plan has been oriented towards different fronts. First, the strategy that was followed over the months to increase the export of Xilex products was designed, selecting the target markets, the steps to follow and the pertinent analyses. Later, after carrying out this approach, a series of actions were carried out aimed at establishing the company in foreign markets, especially non-EU markets. Finally, a strategic perspective was focused on other aspects of the company’s internationalization, such as international financing or logistics.
